This Privacy Policy applies to personal information processed through the Kota-OS marketing website, contact channels, and trial onboarding workflows. It does not replace any in-product policy that may apply within the Kota-OS application.
Kota-OS is operated by JuveniQ (trading as Kota-OS). For POPIA purposes, JuveniQ is the Responsible Party for personal information processed through this website.
We process personal information for lawful, specific, and explicitly defined purposes, including responding to support requests, assisting trial onboarding, maintaining service security, and improving content quality where consent has been provided.
We may use service providers (operators) for infrastructure, analytics, and support tooling. Operators process data only under instruction and contractual confidentiality obligations.
Some technology providers may process data outside South Africa. Where cross-border processing occurs, we take reasonable steps to ensure adequate safeguards and lawful transfer conditions.
We retain personal information only for as long as necessary for the stated purposes, legal obligations, dispute handling, and security requirements. Data is deleted or de-identified when no longer required.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, loss, misuse, and alteration.
